 d Mobility\nOur ability to open the body directly influences how fully we 
 live within it. Over time\, repetition\, emotional stress\, and daily move
 ment patterns can create tightness and restriction in the fascia — the c
 onnective tissue that surrounds and supports every structure in the body. 
 This class offers a space to gently unwind what has become bound\, helping
  you move with more freedom and ease.\n\nIn this fascial release practice\
 , we use a wooden block to apply targeted pressure and create slow\, inten
 tional friction. This technique helps melt through layers of adhered tissu
 e\, releasing restrictions and restoring more natural\, fluid movement pat
 terns from within.\n\nEach session focuses on a specific area of the body 
 — such as the legs\, torso\, or head and neck — allowing for a deeper\
 , more intentional experience and a clearer sense of connection to your bo
 dy.\n\nPlease bring a wooden block for the practice. A limited number will
  be available from the teacher on a first‑come\, first‑served basis.\n
