Block: Deep Fascial Release (Online)
Experience a powerful, therapeutic practice designed to release deep‑rooted tension and restore ease throughout the body. Block: Deep Fascial Release works directly with the fascia — the connective tissue that supports and surrounds every muscle — helping to undo the compression created by daily habits, stress, and repetitive movement.
Using props throughout the session, you’ll learn how to apply targeted pressure and create the friction needed to soften, hydrate, and release the fascia. This slow, intentional practice helps improve mobility, reduce pain, and support healthier movement patterns over time.
