When a workshop has a specific focus, we never work in isolation.
If we are exploring the lymphatic system, we work with the body’s lymph throughout its entire structure. If our focus is the feet, we explore the feet, the legs, the hips, the torso, and all of the spaces that support the body in standing, walking, and moving through life. If we are working with the head, neck, and shoulders, we look beyond those areas to understand how the rest of the body supports them.
The body is a conversation, not a collection of separate parts.
So rest assured—if you are joining me for a three‑hour workshop, you will not be spending three hours focused on one small area or holding one position. We will move through the spaces that best support the area we are exploring, creating connections throughout the entire body.
There will be moments of gentle meditation, quiet observation, breath, and soft somatic movement. We will create space between postures to notice what is changing, allowing the body time to listen, respond, and reorganize.
The intention is never to push harder simply because we have three hours.
The intention is to experience the body at its best for three hours.
To breathe.
To soften.
To move.
To listen.
To create space.
And ultimately, to leave feeling more connected to the whole body—not just the part we came to explore.
