One of the pieces of life that goes unattended is our ability to move intuitively into ourselves. Fascial releasing allows us the space to open what life has gripped into our bodies through repetition and emotional stress responses to events in our lives.
In this hour, we will move through the layers of the body, our breath meeting the movement, and, from time to time, use specific props to target the fascial layer, allowing us to open a little more deeply.
