Hot Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice done entirely on the floor, where poses are held for up to 5 minutes to target the deep connective tissues, joints, bones, and fascia. Unlike more active classes that build muscular strength and length, Yin focuses on increasing mobility, improving circulation in the joints, and releasing long‑held tension within the body.

Practiced in a gently heated room, Hot Yin encourages the body to soften and open more deeply. While the physical effort is minimal, the true challenge lies in the mental endurance required to stay present in stillness and sensation.
