When tension builds in the feet, however, these messages can embed themselves in the tissues, contributing to discomfort and restricted movement.

Our intention is to cultivate healthy, soft, and responsive feet so your foundation stays strong, stable, and supportive. Improving foot mobility and awareness supports balance, posture, and overall movement patterns.
How Repetitive Patterns Shape the Body
As we move through life, we often repeat the same patterns of movement. Over time, these repetitive actions create tension and strain throughout the body. Most of the time, we don’t notice these habits because they feel so familiar that they operate unconsciously.
What We’ll Explore in This Lower‑Body Workshop
In this workshop, we focus on the lower body, creating space and encouraging flow in areas where movement has become limited. Through mindful movement and increased awareness, we explore ways to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your foundation.
Comfort & Support During the Practice
Bolsters, eye masks, and extra blocks will be available to support your comfort. You are also welcome to bring your own props if you prefer.
