
In this hour, we will move through the layers of the body, our breath meeting the movement and, from time to time, the use of specific props that target the fascial layer to allow us to open a little more deeply.
In this class, we combine some of yoga’s deepest opening practices that create the space needed for healing. In this class, you will use props to reach those hard-to-get spaces and deep breath work to round out the practice. This unique class will use a wooden block, strap, balls and rollers to target different muscle systems each practice. If you have your own props, please bring them. This may include a wooden block, strap, lacrosse balls, eye pillow, and mat. If not, most will be provided aside from eye pillows.
