Warm Yin Yoga: Deep Stretch, Relaxation & Connective Tissue Release
Warm Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice in which poses are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing you to target deep connective tissues, improve flexibility, and release long‑held tension. With the room warmed to 26°C, your body can soften more easily, helping you sink deeper into each posture while staying connected to your breath and inner sensations.
This calming class is designed to help you unwind and slow down, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and restored.
If you’re new to Warm Yin Yoga, please arrive a little early to meet your instructor and get comfortably set up.
